CHOCOLATE MALT CAKE Hi Lovelies! How are you all? I know i am late but to be honest i was too busy in the last few months with the exams going on. But anyhow i am here now. So this chocolate malt cake is an ultimate chocolate cake made at home with perfection. I made this again some days ago although i have made this once a long time ago. It was like in the evening i suddenly had a mood for baking and then i baked this cake. It is quite easy and extremely delicious. Made in very less time. CHICKEN PINEAPPLE SKEWERS I love these. These are very easy and simple. Take less time to make. very juicy and yummy. The combination of chicken, pineapple and capsicum with BBQ sauce make them appetizing. I hope you guys try them. :) INGREDIENTS: Skewers: 20 sticks Chicken (boneless, cubes): 500 gms For Marination: Vinegar: 1/4 cup Lemon Juice: 2 tbs Olive Oil: 1-2 tbs Red Chili Powder: 2 tsp or to taste Dried Oregano: 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper: 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder: 1/4 tsp Paprika Powder: 1 tsp Salt: 1/2 tsp or to taste Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp For Dressing: Pineapple (cubes): 1 cup Capsicum (cubes); 1 cup Black Olives: 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce: 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves (chopped) METHOD: In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for marination well. CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES INGREDIENTS: Plain Flour : 1 cup (125gms) Brown Sugar :1/2 cup (75gms) Chocolate chips : 1/2 cup (100gms) Butter : 1/2 cup (100gms) Powdered Sugar : 1/4 cup (40gms) Salt : 1/4 tsp Baking Soda :1/4 tsp Vanilla Essence : 1 tsp Egg : 1 METHOD: Add butter in a bowl and beat for 1 -2 minutes until soft. Then add powdered sugar in it and beat until mixed properly.  Now add brown sugar in the mixture and beat. When all of the sugar is mixed thoroughly, add 1 egg and mix. Add vanilla essence and mix. Put baking soda and salt into the flour and pass it through the sieve into a separate bowl Now gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture in different portions until well combined.
